A constant review and updating of any technology plan is required for technology to provide the foundation needed for continuous improvement.
Well-designed and systematically planned IT systems assist decision-makers respond to increased demands for accountability and stakeholder communications.
Designing and Supporting a 21st Century Learning Environment
The 21st Century Learning Environment is diverse, flexible, global, and accessible 24 hours per day 7 days per week. Traditionally, the term “learning environment” suggested
a place and space – a classroom, lab, or library. Much 21st century learning takes place in a physical space, but in today’s interconnected, technology rich world, a learning environment
can be virtual, remote, and/or online.
According to the Partnership for 21st Century Skills, “Learning environments are the structures, tools, and communities that inspire students and educators to attain knowledge and skills
