Integrity will now be starting a Workshop Series. The first Workshop will occur on Tuesday, May 22nd at Integrity Headquarters at 65 West Boston Post Road, Suite 200, Marlborough, Massachusetts. Why Do I Need an IT Blueprint?

The lives of our students are rapidly changing. They live and learn in an anytime, anywhere technologically connected society. Their plugged-in lifestyle, and the pace and complexity of technology evolution, places great challenges on the structure of and expectations for education.

As learning organizations reinvent themselves to meet changing expectations, the role of digital resources in education expands. A constant review and updating of any technology plan is required for technology to provide the foundation needed for continuous improvement.

Well-designed and systematically planned IT systems assist decision-makers respond to increased demands for accountability and stakeholder communications. 

Designing and Supporting a 21^st Century Learning Environment

The 21^st Century Learning Environment is diverse, flexible, global, and accessible 24 hours per day 7 days per week.  Traditionally, the term “learning environment” suggested 

a place and space – a classroom, lab, or library.  Much 21^st century learning takes place in a physical space, but in today’s interconnected, technology rich world, a learning environment 

can be virtual, remote, and/or online. 

 

 

According to the Partnership for 21^st Century Skills, “Learning environments are the structures, tools, and communities that inspire students and educators to attain knowledge and skills 

the 21^st century demands of us all.”
