State Contract

CELT/Integrity provides services under a variety of state approved contracts. We continuously review and are added to state contracts. Currently the following active contracts for CELT/Integrity:

ITT46 - Network Infrastructure Services 

This statewide contract is for the purchase of Network Infrastructure Serices in four (4) categories.  Integrity has been approved in Categories 2 and 4.  This contract is aligned with the E-rate requirements of the USAC SLD.

Category 2: Connectivity/Bandwidth Services

Services in this category include, but are not limited to: T1, ISDN, DSL, ATM, Frame Relay, Ethernet, Broadband Cable, Point-to-Point Wireless (Satellite, Microwave, etc.), Private Line, Synchronous Optical Network (SONET), DWDM and Fiber.

Categorty 4: Managed Services

Provides for management of eligible entities’ site and/or enterprise voice and data network services inclusive of LAN and WAN managed services. Converged voice and data network services can be fully IP Telephony.

ITS43 - Solution Provider, Systems Integration/Networking (includes Technology Planning)

Statewide Contract for Information Technology Solution Provider Services, including Software and Systems Development, Systems Integration and Networking, Systems Planning, and Geographic Information Services. Limited to companies with a gross annual income of over $2 million. Supporting the Conditions of School Effectiveness Service: CSE Services (Effective district systems of support. A. Data systems)

The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has awarded a contract to vendors who will provide education improvement services: supporting the eleven Conditions for School Effectiveness, advising/consulting to ESE in school improvement design, serving as school/district Lead Partner, and conducting research and evaluation. Focus areas for these services include: data systems to support instruction, educator effectiveness, standards and assessments, and the turnaround of struggling schools. These providers will work in cooperation with state, district and school staff members, principals, teachers, community partners, and other providers.
