When submitting a ticket, please provide as much detail as possible, including the location, a complete description of the issue, the user name(s) of the person(s) affected, and any applicable attachments.

  • Someone is available to take your call Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm EST.
  • Additional emergency support for Astaro firewalls is available Monday through Friday from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm EST. This support is provided by Astaro at 877-927-8276.
